What is Art Journaling??? A self-guided creative practice that blends traditional journaling with diverse art forms, such as drawing, painting, and collage, to process emotions, enhance self-awareness, and promote mental and emotional well-being. It's a non-judgmental way to express thoughts and feelings without needing artistic skill, offering a safe space for personal growth, stress reduction, and self-discovery by getting internal experiences onto paper.
We will be learning some techniques for how to start your journalling process. If the class is a success, we will be aiming to bring it to Newton Abbot also.
This class is running at an Introductory Price of £20.
All materials provided but you are very welcome to bring your own magazine and paper scraps for collaging.
