Each month will provide you with new prompts and techniques to gradually start to fill your journal, providing you with practical tools for self-expression, fun activities, exciting materials and a whole new way of making. You will end the course with a filled art journal and a brilliant way of continuing to bring creativity into your life going forward.
Choose when and where to do the course:
DAYTIME: This course will run on the first Sunday of the month in Teignmouth, 11.00-13.00 (next class Sunday 3rd May)
EVENING: This course will run on the Second Tuesday of the month in Dawlish, 19.00-21.00 (next class Tuesday 12th May
What is Art Journaling??? A creative practice that blends traditional journaling with diverse art forms, such as collage, to process emotions, enhance self-awareness, and promote mental and emotional well-being. It's a non-judgmental way to express thoughts and feelings without needing artistic skill, offering a safe space for personal growth, stress reduction, and self-discovery, by getting internal experiences onto paper!
All collaging materials are provided, but you are very welcome to collect and bring your own magazine and paper scraps for collaging.
