Join us for Watercolour Wellbeing, where we take part in mindful exercises and learn new artistic techniques.
You will leave feeling calm and inspired, with therapeutic and creative practices to take home and use again and again.

Each class 120 minutes. No skills necessary. Open to all abilities and disabilities. We are available to come to your day centre, nursing or care home to run one-off or regular classes. We aim to make our classes as affordable as possible, if you want to come but need support then get in touch.
